The MS-54H solar panel is engineered for superior performance and durability, featuring a powerful maximum power output of 430 watts under standard test conditions (STC). With an outstanding module efficiency of 22.02%, it maximizes energy production even in limited installation spaces. This high efficiency is achieved thanks to the use of advanced N-type monocrystalline solar cells, known for their excellent conversion rates and lower degradation compared to traditional P-type cells.
The panel is composed of 108 cells arranged in a 6 by 18 configuration, carefully designed to optimize sunlight absorption and power output. It measures 1722 mm in length, 1134 mm in width, and has a slim profile of 30 mm thickness, making it suitable for various mounting setups while maintaining a sleek and modern appearance. Weighing only 21.5 kilograms, it strikes a balance between sturdiness and ease of installation.
Protecting the cells is a robust front layer of 2.0 mm coated semi-tempered glass, paired with 2.0 mm semi-tempered glass on the back, providing excellent resistance against environmental stressors such as hail, wind, and debris. The frame is crafted from black anodized aluminum alloy, which not only enhances the panel's aesthetic appeal but also contributes to its structural integrity.
The solar panel’s junction box is rated IP68, ensuring complete protection against dust ingress and water immersion, which is critical for maintaining performance in harsh weather conditions. It contains three bypass diodes to minimize power loss caused by shading. Output cables of 4mm² cross-section and 300 mm length on both positive and negative sides come standard but can be customized to meet specific installation requirements. The connectors are MC4 compatible, providing easy and secure connection options for system integration.
Electrically, the panel features an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 38.95 volts and a short circuit current (Isc) of 13.73 amperes. Its voltage at maximum power (Vmpp) is 32.38 volts, and the current at maximum power (Impp) is 13.28 amperes, all optimized to deliver consistent energy yield under varied sunlight conditions. The panel supports a maximum system voltage of 1500 volts DC, suitable for large-scale and high-voltage solar power systems.
The panel’s mechanical resilience is proven by its ability to withstand a load of up to 5400 Pascals, making it capable of handling heavy snow accumulation and strong winds. It also accommodates a maximum series fuse rating of 30 amperes, ensuring protection and safety within the electrical system.
Operating temperature ranges from a frigid -40°C up to a scorching +85°C, allowing this solar panel to perform reliably in extreme climates worldwide. The nominal operating cell temperature (NOCT) is approximately 45 ± 2°C, which indicates its temperature under typical outdoor operating conditions. The temperature coefficients show that for every degree Celsius increase in temperature, the panel’s maximum power decreases slightly by 0.29%, the open circuit voltage drops by 0.24%, while the short circuit current increases marginally by 0.045%, reflecting stable performance across temperature variations.
Packaged efficiently with 36 panels per box, 72 boxes per 20-foot container, and 936 panels per 40-foot high cube container, this product is optimized for easy transport and large-scale deployment.
